I don't ever use it so I wouldn't notice really. The only thing I see is the new groups thingy. Which because we don't use Lync any longer is useless to me.
That is really bad. I understand axing something, but giving less than 2 weeks notice is crazy
Ah....but as said in the article: Microsoft will keep existing sites alive for two years, and Office 365 customers “will have the option to subscribe to third-party solutions by using links from Office 365.”
I read the article but totally missed that paragraph for some reason....
They should have more info about it and announcements if they are telling writers and having them put it in the news as if it is showing up via O365's normal processes. That's very confusing and does nothing to make people happy with the product.
The problem with that though is that it fails on multiple services. Both Outlook web app and IMAP (ManageEngine ServiceDesk). So this to me indicates a higher level problem as they can individually disabled..
While I can't tell you the date I created the rule, looking at my mailbox, I have not seen a [SPAM] tag email since Sept 4th.
I've turned it off to see what happens, and will try as you have mentioned the report option.
There has always been SPAM filtering. It is reporting the SPAM to Microsoft to review that appears to be brand new.
But it's totally unmanageable for anything other than tiny environments. To the degree that I would say the low cost version is no longer available.
Yeah, If only that were true, that's it no longer available. The powers that be know they exist because they see it in the store 'Office Home Business Edition'
Yes it has been down for a couple hours here. We have all moved over to Skype for company communications because Lync is so flaky anyway. Now this is just one more reason to stay there.
